We supply and export lithium ore and lithium concentrates or lepidolite as you may know it to buyers around the world, whether you want to purchase lithium ore or lithium concentrates and have it shipped to any port of your choice, our dedicated team is built to help handle your purchase request according to your demand.
Types of Lithium Ores
1). Lepidolite: Lepidolite is a lilac-gray or rose-colored member of the mica group of minerals with formula K(Li,Al,Rb)2(Al,Si)4O10(F,OH)2. It is the most abundant lithium-bearing mineral and is a secondary source of this metal. It is a phyllosilicate mineral and a member of the polylithionite-trilithionite series.
2). Petalite: Petalite, also known as castorite, is a lithium aluminium tectosilicate mineral LiAlSi4O10, crystallizing in the monoclinic system. Petalite is a member of the feldspathoid group. It occurs as colorless, grey, yellow, yellow grey, to white tabular crystals and columnar masses
3). Amblygonite: Amblygonite is a fluorophosphate mineral, (Li,Na)AlPO4(F,OH), composed of lithium, sodium, aluminium, phosphate, fluoride and hydroxide. The mineral occurs in pegmatite deposits and is easily mistaken for albite and other feldspars. Its density, cleavage and flame test for lithium are diagnostic.
4). Spodumene: Spodumene is a pyroxene mineral consisting of lithium aluminium inosilicate, LiAl(SiO3)2, and is a source of lithium. It occurs as colorless to yellowish, purplish, or lilac kunzite (see below), yellowish-green or emerald-green hiddenite, prismatic crystals, often of great size.
Terramica Company Limited is a Mineral and metal company based in Kenya and is equipped with extensive trading experience and been focussing solely on Minerals and Metals. We have many a international collaborations from Europe, Far East, Asia and Africa.
